1. Definitions

1.1 Affiliate — an individual or legal entity approved to participate in the Caswino Partners Affiliate Program.

1.2 Affiliate Program — a partnership between Caswino Partners ("Company") and the Affiliate, whereby the Affiliate promotes the Company's gaming platforms and earns rewards for referred users.

1.3 Affiliate Account — the Affiliate's account created after the application is approved.

1.4 Affiliate Agreement — these terms and conditions, commission models, marketing rules, and any additional program policies.

1.5 Affiliate Links — unique tracking links used to direct users to the Company's platforms.

1.6 Affiliate Platform — a website, app, social media page, or any digital resource owned or controlled by the Affiliate.

1.7 Company / Caswino Partners — Caswino Partners and its related brands, operators, and affiliate projects.

1.8 Company Platforms — gaming websites, products, and services participating in the Affiliate Program.

1.9 Player — a user registered via an Affiliate Link.

1.10 New Player — a player making their first deposit within 12 months of registration.

1.11 Qualified Player — a player who has completed registration, made a deposit, and complies with Company requirements.

1.12 Invalid Player — a player identified as fraudulent, duplicate, self-excluded, or using incentivized or non-compliant traffic.

1.13 Commission — the Affiliate's reward based on RevShare, CPA, CPL, or hybrid models.

1.14 Net Gaming Revenue (NGR) — gross player losses minus bonuses, refunds, payment fees, taxes, fraudulent activity, and administrative expenses.

1.15 Confidential Information — commercial, financial, technical, and marketing data of the Company.

1.16 Intellectual Property — trademarks, software, design, content, and marketing materials owned by the Company.

1.17 Personal Data — information that can directly or indirectly identify a person.

2. Registration and Participation

2.1 By submitting an application, the Affiliate agrees to these terms.

2.2 The Affiliate must be at least 18 years old.

2.3 Only one Affiliate Account is permitted without the Company's written consent.

2.4 The Company may reject any application at its sole discretion.

2.5 The Affiliate is responsible for maintaining the security of their account credentials.

2.6 Self-referrals or registering players through one's own links is prohibited.

2.7 The Affiliate must promptly notify the Company of any suspicious player activity.

3. Affiliate Obligations

3.1 The Affiliate is fully responsible for their marketing activities.

3.2 The Affiliate must comply with applicable law.

3.3 Affiliate platforms must not:

  • contain illegal, offensive, or misleading content
  • infringe on third-party rights

5. Marketing Restrictions

Affiliates must not:

  • send spam
  • target minors
  • provide false information about bonuses or products
  • guarantee wins
  • use incentivized traffic
  • promote gambling in restricted jurisdictions

6. Direct Marketing

Email, SMS, or other direct communications are permitted only if:

  • pre-approved by the Company
  • recipient consent is obtained
  • applicable laws are followed

7. Commission Models and Payments

7.1 Available models:

  • Revenue Share
  • CPA
  • CPL
  • Hybrid

7.2 Commissions are calculated monthly.

7.3 Payments are made after traffic quality verification.

7.4 Minimum payout depends on the chosen payment method.

7.5 Affiliates are solely responsible for paying taxes.

8. Negative Balance

The Company may carry over negative balances to the next accounting period unless otherwise agreed.

9. High Roller Policy

Players with unusually high winnings may be accounted for separately from standard commission calculations.

10. Sub-Affiliate Program

10.1 Affiliates may recruit sub-affiliates only with written Company approval.

10.2 Affiliates are responsible for sub-affiliates' activities.

10.3 Any sub-affiliate violations are considered the Affiliate's violations.

11. Brand and Intellectual Property Protection

Affiliates may not use the Company's marketing materials without authorisation. Promotion is done exclusively in Company-approved formats. Affiliates must not:

  • misrepresent official Company services
  • use Company trademarks without permission
  • copy platform designs or content

12. SEO and Content

Affiliates must not:

  • post false reviews
  • clone official websites
  • publish misleading comparisons

13. Traffic Monitoring and Fraud Prevention

13.1 The Company strictly monitors traffic quality.

13.2 Payments for invalid players may be withheld.

13.3 Commissions obtained from fraudulent activity may be revoked.

14. Geographic Restrictions

Affiliates must comply with territorial restrictions for promoting gambling.

15. Promotion via Bloggers and Influencers

Affiliates must not:

  • disclose promotional partnerships without Company approval
  • mislead users

Affiliates must comply with applicable advertising law.

16. Confidentiality

Affiliates must not disclose the Company's confidential information to third parties. This obligation survives termination.

17. Payment Adjustments

The Company may adjust payments in case of errors or misuse.

18. Inactive Accounts

Accounts inactive for more than 3 months may be closed.

19. Audit

The Company may audit affiliate activity and traffic sources.

20. Termination

20.1 Either party may terminate the agreement in writing.

20.2 After termination, the Affiliate must remove all marketing materials and links.

20.3 The Company may terminate immediately in case of violations.

21. Limitation of Liability

The Company is not liable for external platform operation and is not liable for indirect losses.

22. Changes to Terms

The Company may update the agreement at any time. Continuing participation signifies acceptance of changes.

23. Governing Law

The agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the Company's platforms are licensed.
